Are you looking for a super fun and developmentally appropriate activity for your 1 to 2 year old? Our Parent & Tot Program is a spectacular opportunity to help develop your child’s athletic, social, coordination and teamwork skills. This program is a perfect first tumbling class for boys and girls to experience the physical skills of tumbling with their parents. The Parent & Tot program specializes in introducing and fostering the joy of movement through organized play, songs, games and gymnastics skills circuit training. It’s our pleasure to help teach you how to teach them as you participate in this class, too.
All classes are taught by our team of professional educators and coaches. Our proven system of teaching and guiding the kids to success will help your child fall in love with movement and fitness as their skills and confidence increase on a weekly basis. The curriculum has been specifically created and designed with the success of our youngest athletes in mind. It’s amazing to see them build confidence as they gain skill and realize that it will help them for the rest of their lives. LEARN TO TUMBLE, DEVELOP CONFIDENCE AND HAVE FUN!
The Tumbling Class Program at our gym is an amazing opportunity for kids who want to develop all the tumbling skills necessary to be successful in any aspect of cheer. That being said, it is not mandatory to join a team. In face, many of our tumblers actually never join a cheer team and opt to stay with the classes because they are such a great combination of challenge and fun without the pressures and additional expense of competition. Our tumblers learn all of the most important physical aspects of cheer while having fun, getting fit and making friends!
All classes are taught by our team of professional educators and coaches. Our proven system of teaching and guiding our athletes to success will help your child fall in love with tumbling as their skills increase on a weekly basis. Our curriculum covers jumps, tumbling, motions, and twisting skills while our athletes have the time of their lives. THE RIGHT WAY TO HELP YOUNG KIDS GET STARTED IN CHEER
The Intro to Cheer Program is the ideal opportunity for athletes who are interested in learning all of the basics of All Star Cheer without any of the aspects of competition. This is a fabulous program to “dip your toes” into the water of All Stars without the travel, competition or expenses usually associated with joining an all star team. You will learn all of the most important physical aspects of cheer while having fun, getting fit and making friends! If you’ve never cheered before, this is the perfect place to start. All classes are taught by our team of professional educators and coaches. Our proven system of teaching and guiding our athletes to success will help your child fall in love with cheer as their skills increase on a weekly basis. Prepare to develop your jumps, tumbling, motions, dance, and stunting skills while you have the time of your life. If you’re ready to get started on the journey of a lifetime, then this is the program for you!

A: We recommend enrolling in two classes per week and dropping into additional classes when your schedule permits
